Projective Group is seeking an AI Solution Architect in Brussels to design and deliver scalable GenAI solutions for financial clients, from KYC applications to enterprise AI platforms.

You will define blueprints, guide engineering teams, and contribute to the AI ecosystem while collaborating with client teams in a hybrid work setting. This role offers strong growth opportunities and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or a related quantitative field.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
• At least 5 years of experience in software or AI architecture, with a proven track record of designing and delivering AI solutions.
• Expertise in LLMs, embedding models, RAG frameworks, vector databases, and similarity and hybrid search solutions.
• Experience with Python or other AI-related programming languages such as TypeScript or R.
• Knowledge of API integrations, orchestration frameworks and modern AI ecosystems.
• Ability to optimise the performance, scalability and cost of AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Projective Group domain experts and financial institutions to identify effective GenAI use cases.
• Design end-to-end GenAI solutions that align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Define technical blueprints and solution architectures, selecting the right frameworks, platforms, tools and foundation models.
• Develop GenAI standards covering architecture, reusable components, security guardrails, explainability, traceability and cost management.
• Guide engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with business needs.
• Help shape Projective Group's AI ecosystem by contributing to AI architecture, internal GenAI solutions and organisation-wide adoption.
