Projective Group invites you to join its AI Competence Centre to shape GenAI solutions for leading financial clients. You will design, implement, and optimize AI systems, deploy LLMs with RAG, and refine prompts across multi-agent workflows.

You’ll work in an international setting, contributing to responsible AI practices, integration of APIs, and scalable tooling as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Experience with Python for LLM integration and GenAI workflows.
• Experience with guiding LLM and embedding models, RAG frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex), and vector databases and search solutions (e.g. Pinecone, Elasticsearch, Azure AI Search, Chroma, Weaviate).
• Skilled in prompt engineering, orchestration, templating, versioning, and evaluation to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Proven ability to deploy and automate GenAI workflows in production environments.
• Experience with AI safety measures, including guardrails, safety filters, prompt‑injection mitigation, and inference cost management.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and optimise GenAI solutions, ensuring performance, output quality, and responsible AI usage.
• Implement Large Language Models and RAG architectures, including vector databases, embeddings, chunking, and retrieval strategies.
• Develop and refine prompt strategies to improve the accuracy, relevance, and consistency of AI-generated outputs.
• Design and configure AI agents, including multi-agent solutions, with appropriate human oversight.
• Integrate APIs, back-end services, and business logic to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Create and maintain the Projective Group Prompt Library and promote its adoption across the organisation.
