Job summary

Sia is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to turn GenAI concepts into production-ready solutions for clients. You will design autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, and interfaces, then integrate them into client systems and workflows.

The role blends data science, ML engineering, and hands-on delivery with a focus on measurable ROI. You’ll work closely with Anthropic, OpenAI, Databricks, and AWS partners, using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases to build scalable products.

Qualifications

• Background in computer science, AI, or related field; degree preferred but hands-on ability counts.
• 2+ years of professional experience; strong LLM projects encouraged.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, agent orchestration).
• Proficient Python; able to adapt to client tech stacks.
• Excellent communication; able to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sit with a client's team to identify AI value and ship it.
• Design and implement LLM-based systems: agents, RAG pipelines, automation.
• Integrate solutions into client environments via APIs and databases.
• Train users and drive adoption; win over sceptics.
• Iterate with stakeholders to production and maximize impact.
• Bridge tech and execs; communicate with engineers and board.
