Qualifications

• Previous internship or other experience in business or Human Resources is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive talent solutions based on data insights.
• Execute labor strategies and day-to-day labor relations activities.
• Investigate allegations of misconduct and related matters.
• Develop branding and sourcing strategies for talent acquisition.
• Design programs and guidelines to meet business needs.
• Leverage analytics for optimal resource development.
