Q8's Young Graduate Program combines two years of hands-on rotations and leadership development. You’ll complete three eight‑month assignments across different business areas, mentored by a senior leader and supported by Ormit Talent.

Starting in your mentor's department, you’ll understand Q8’s business model, stakeholders and commercial ecosystem, while gaining exposure to sales, finance, and transformation projects.

• Master's degree in business, economics or finance.
• Up to two years of professional experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Analytical mindset with digital savviness.

You'll work with different stakeholders, build support for change and take ownership of initiatives that move the business forward.
