Pauwels Consulting is seeking a skilled Functional Analyst to define specifications for a public tender-driven platform integration project. You will lead requirements discussions, draft RFI/RFP documents, and build business cases to support strategic product selection.

The role involves multi-system integration analysis and creating user stories with test scripts. Hybrid with remote work possibilities; 5+ years in similar roles and Dutch fluency at C2 are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a functional analyst on large, business-critical applications.
• 5+ years of experience drafting RFI and RFP documents and developing Business Cases.
• 5+ years of experience creating User Stories and test scripts.
• 5+ years of experience supporting objective product selection and make-or-buy decisions.
• 3+ years organizing and conducting stakeholder workshops and interviews.
• Fluent in Dutch at C2 level.

Responsabilités

• Design technical and functional specifications for business-critical applications within a public procurement context.
• Analyze and map integration requirements across multiple systems, including external third-party platforms.

The project involves designing a new platform that integrates with existing systems and requires a strategic approach to product selection and stakeholder management.

• Lead stakeholder discussions to identify requirements and facilitate rapid decision-making regarding application options.
• Design technical and functional specifications for business-critical applications within a public procurement context.

• You bring experience with requirement analysis and design concepts for OO, multi-tier web, and UML environments.
• You possess knowledge and experience with data and process modeling techniques and relevant tools.
• You have 3+ years of experience organizing and conducting stakeholder workshops and interviews.
• You bring experience working within complex technical environments.
• You are fluent in Dutch at C2 level.
