Pauwels Consulting in Belgium is seeking a seasoned IT business-ICT analyst to bridge business needs with ICT, maintaining a stable IT environment and ensuring high performance of application systems across units. You will perform functional and technical analyses, design solutions from stakeholder requirements, monitor security and reliability, and provide second-line support within ICT teams.

Hybrid work from Dessel is offered; contract options include permanent staff or freelancer

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in functional analysis using modern methodologies and tools.
• Experience with BPMN, UML, and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and collaboration within technical teams.
• Familiar with API design, SOA, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and system-based communication via services and events.
• Understand standard business processes in administration, production, and logistics.
• Experience developing and maintaining data structures and system settings.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with basic knowledge of French.
