Expleo Belgium is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to translate business requirements into detailed functional designs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across Business Applications, Software Engineering and QA to model needs, create documentation, and define specifications for developers.

The role emphasizes maintaining a pragmatic, analytical mindset, strict deadlines, and high-quality deliverables, with a flexible homeworking policy and signficant growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in IT or similar.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English is mandatory (oral and written).

Responsabilités

• Analyze, challenge and model business needs.
• Break business needs into user stories.
• Collaborate with business to ensure technical feasibility before developments.
• Create business process and functional documentation and workflows.
• Define and write the detailed functional specifications for developers.
