Mateco IT in Belgium is seeking an enthusiastic functional analyst to elevate our Dynamics 365 Finance platform. You will act as the bridge between business ambitions and technical execution, turning needs into actionable insights and solutions that create real value across our organization.

As a functional analyst, you will translate business needs into structured requirements, collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, and help define and prioritize the product backlog.

Formación

• 3+ years in business or functional analysis across end-to-end processes.
• Experience in a financial role is valued more than D365 expertise.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

As a functional analyst at mateco IT, you will:

• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and process flows that align with the product vision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to foster strong partnerships and shared understanding.
• Partner with area product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog, making sure work supports strategic goals.
• Ensure technical solutions deliver business impact and enhance user experience.
• Support development and testing with clear scenarios, success criteria, and quality outcomes.
• Proactively contribute ideas to improve our software and ways of working.

You’re a strong candidate if you have:

• 3+ years in business analysis or functional analysis, especially with end-to-end business processes.
• Experience in a financial role within a company matters more than existing Dynamics 365 expertise.
• We’ll support your D365 F&O growth through our Dynamics Academy.
• Bachelor-level analytical thinking with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of agile principles, user stories, use cases, and process design.
