Pauwels Consulting is assisting a prominent public transport organization to hire a Functional Analyst for its digital commerce team. The project aims to enhance international sales channels and passenger applications to deliver modern, sustainable mobility solutions.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, translating needs into functional specs and user stories, collaborating with developers, supporting QA with test plans and UAT, and drafting API specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business and functional analysis in Agile or SAFe environments.
• 5+ years of experience with business process modelling using BPMN or UML.
• 5+ years of experience writing User Stories and managing SDLC methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience performing functional analysis within a Sitecore CMS environment.
• Experience in public transport or e-commerce sectors is preferred.
• Knowledge of international rail travel systems, including PNR, content distribution, and seat reservations.
• Experience with API documentation and feasibility study execution.
• Fluent in English with a C1 level in Dutch or French.

• You are fluent in English with a C1 level in Dutch or French.
