Requirements include 10+ years as a Functional/Business Analyst, 2+ years in public transport, strong Blazor, .NET and SQL skills, and fluency in English, Dutch and French (C1).

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Functional or Business Analyst in software projects.
• 2+ years in the public transport sector.
• Strong technical understanding of Blazor, .NET and SQL.
• Experience with data modeling and relational thinking.
• Proven Jira and Confluence experience for backlog and processes.
• Experience as a product owner or client owner bridging business and tech.
• Experience creating prototypes for design validation.
• Excellent requirement elicitation and documentation leadership.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French at C1 level.

Our client, a leading organization in the public transport sector, is looking for an expert to join their analysis team focused on operational planning and competencies. This role involves driving the digitalization of planning services by translating complex business demands into functional analyses and high-quality technical deliverables for large-scale resource management projects.

• Translate complex business demands into clear functional analyses and specific technical deliverables.
• Elicit requirements through close collaboration with product owners and user representatives.
• Design data models and interface definitions for projects involving multiple data flows.
• Create prototypes to facilitate and assist with design validations.
• Lead the structuring of documentation and provide incremental, well-structured instructions for implementation teams.
• Ensure strategic alignment between department leadership, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• You have 10+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst within software implementation projects.
• You possess 2+ years of experience within the public transport sector.
• You bring a strong technical understanding of Blazor, .NET, and SQL.
• You have proven experience in data modeling and relational thinking.
• You possess expertise in using Jira and Confluence for backlog management and project processes.
• You have experience acting as a product owner or client owner to bridge business and technical requirements.
• You're skilled in creating prototypes for design validation.
• You bring strong requirement elicitation skills and the ability to lead documentation efforts.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French with at least a C1 level in all three languages.
