Consort Group in Brussels seeks a Functional Analyst to translate business needs into practical solutions. You will analyse processes, map current and future states, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define project deliverables.

You will ensure documentation aligns with solutions and supports cross‑functional teams across Belgium. The role requires experience in BPMN, UML, use cases, and agile methods, with strong English and French plus Dutch language aptitude.

Qualifications

Experience as a Functional Analyst with the ability to analyse and document business processes.
Ability to translate abstract business concepts into practical solutions.
Comfort organizing workshops and meetings with business stakeholders and maintaining a transversal view.

Responsabilités

Organise and facilitate meetings/workshops to understand and map business processes.
Analyse and document current and future state of processes.
Gather information from business stakeholders and produce required documentation.
Ensure process documentation can be used by analysts for solution implementation.
Contribute to defining solutions aligned with business needs.
Monitor alignment of implemented solutions with documented processes.
Support collaboration between business stakeholders and project teams.
