You will work upstream of initiatives, organize meetings with business stakeholders, and ensure that the delivered solution aligns with business goals across services and organisational areas.

Functional Analyst H/F

Your mission

Are you passionate about business process analysis and translating business needs into practical solutions? This role is for you.

As a Functional Analyst, you are responsible for analysing business processes. You intervene upstream of projects by precisely describing the current and future state of processes.

You facilitate workshops, organise and manage the meetings required to gather information, and produce the deliverables needed to define the project, while respecting the established standards and methodology.

Build Side

• Organise and facilitate the meetings and workshops required to understand and map business processes
• Analyse and document the current and future state of business processes
• Gather information from Business stakeholders
• Produce the documentation required to define the processes
• Ensure that process documentation can be directly used by analysts for solution implementation
• Contribute to the definition of solutions in line with Business needs

Run Side

• Ensure throughout project delivery that the implemented solution corresponds to the solution defined and agreed with the Business
• Monitor alignment between the implemented solution and the documented business processes
• Assess the impact of decisions across different services and areas of the organisation
• Support collaboration between Business stakeholders and project teams

Your background

You have experience as a Functional Analyst, with a strong ability to analyse and document business processes and translate abstract concepts and business reasoning into practical solutions.

You are comfortable organising and facilitating workshops and meetings with Business stakeholders and can maintain a transversal view across different services and organisational areas.
