Consort Group Belgium is seeking a Functional Analyst to analyse business processes and translate needs into practical solutions. You will map the current and future state of processes, facilitate workshops, and produce deliverables that define projects while following established standards.

You will work upstream of initiatives, organize meetings with business stakeholders, and ensure that the delivered solution aligns with business goals across services and organisational areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in business process analysis and mapping
• Ability to translate abstract business needs into practical solutions
• Strong facilitation and workshop organisation skills
• Proficient in documenting processes and creating deliverables

Responsabilités

• Organise and facilitate workshops to understand and map business processes
• Analyse and document the current and future state of processes
• Gather information from Business stakeholders
• Produce documentation defining processes for solution implementation
• Ensure process documentation is directly usable by analysts for solution implementation
• Contribute to defining solutions aligned with business needs
• Monitor alignment between implemented solutions and documented processes
