IRIS IMS in Belgium seeks a Functional Analyst/Scrum Master to support IT projects. You will analyze business needs, model processes, and translate requirements into actionable designs.

Collaborating with business and IT teams, you will prepare test plans, coordinate UAT, and deliver training. Fluency in English, with French or Dutch and strong communication skills are required; experience with Mendix, ABBYY, or IRISNext is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in computer sciences or higher.
Minimum 3 years IT as Technical Analyst.
Ability to obtain Security Clearance.
Proven experience as a Technical Analyst in Agile environments.
Experience in Business Process Automation and DMS/IDP.

Responsabilités

Collect and analyze business needs through meetings, workshops, and reviews.
Translate business needs into clear solutions and use cases.
Produce analysis deliverables: BA documents, specs, and use cases.
Model business processes using BPMN or similar.
Present proposed solutions and process models to stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with business and IT teams.
Define, document, and execute test plans based on analysis.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Prepare and deliver user training sessions.
Knowledge of IRISNext, ABBYY or Mendix is a plus.

In the context of digitalization and Business Process Automation, we are looking for a Functional Analyst/Scrum master to support IT projects.

Key Responsibilities : Process Modeling & Solution Design

Collect and analyze business needs through meetings and stakeholder interviews & workshops and documentation review;
Translate business needs into clear solutions addressing business use cases and challenges;
Produce structured analysis deliverables like Business Analysis Documents, Functional and Technical specifications and Use cases;
Model business processes using standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN);
Present proposed solutions and process models to stakeholders;
Efficient communication with both business and IT teams;
Define, document, and execute test plans based on analysis;
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
Prepare and deliver user training sessions;
Knowledge and interest in IRISNext - ABBYY solutions or Mendix developments.
