Dates: 2026-09-28 — 2026-12-31

Arrangements: Full time, 40 hours per week, hybrid with telework possible; flexible working hours from 07:30 to 20:00 with fixed periods from 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00.

As Senior Functional Analyst, you will analyze INAMI-RIZIV business processes and work in the early stages of projects. You will describe the current and future process situations precisely and translate business information into clear project-definition deliverables. Your work must follow the standards and methodology used at INAMI-RIZIV. The assignment contributes to ICT and Data services with societal impact.

A central part of the role is direct collaboration with the Business through meetings and workshops. You will organize, manage and facilitate these sessions, listen carefully to stakeholders, and map the business processes they require. You will turn abstract reasoning and concepts into practical solutions while analyzing data in a targeted and critical way. You will also maintain a cross-functional view across departments and assess the wider organizational impact of decisions.

You will remain involved throughout project delivery to verify that the implemented solution corresponds to what was described and agreed with the Business. The environment supports hybrid work and telework, with flexible scheduling within a 40-hour working week.
