In The Pocket is seeking a Full-Stack Web Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable web apps across front-end and back-end layers. You’ll work in multidisciplinary teams, own features end-to-end, and push for high-quality, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in modern front-end development: ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and component-based frameworks like React or Angular.
• Back-end fundamentals: Node.js, MongoDB, SQL, and messaging systems like AMQP; exposure to C# or Java is a plus.
• Solid understanding of web technologies: HTTP/HTTPS, HTTP/2, WebSockets.
• Strong fundamentals: Git, testing, CI/CD, documentation, dependency management, and monitoring.
• Growing sense for software architecture, especially microservices and event-driven design.
• Experience with Docker and curiosity about cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Security-aware mindset in how you build and deploy software.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate delivery and review quality.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications from front end to back end.
• Apply design patterns and continuously improve the codebase.
• Lead quality through test-driven development and robust testing.
• Improve deployment pipelines and monitor deployed products.
• Build secure by default and apply secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with design systems to deliver consistent UI quality.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflow to boost productivity while validating AI outputs.
• Maintain clear communication with client stakeholders and teammates.
• Share learnings through practice sessions and internal documentation.
• Contribute to the company’s external thought leadership.
