In4Matic is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our development team in Brussels, delivering modern, scalable applications across front-end and back-end. You will work on architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and continuous improvement, using .NET, React, Azure, and microservices, with on-site work required two days per week.

The role emphasizes high-quality code, performance, security, and maintainability, along with automated testing and CI/CD integration in an Agile

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional .NET development, including .NET Core/.NET 8+.
• 3+ years React.js experience.
• 2+ years Microsoft Azure experience.
• 2+ years DevOps with CI/CD, YAML, blue/green deployments.
• Strong architecture skills: microservices, SQL & NoSQL.
• Unit testing and Git version control experience.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe).
• Passion for learning, tech updates, modernization.
• AI-assisted development or AI-powered IDEs a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) at least B2.
• Willing to work on-site in Brussels 2+ days/week.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 5 years of professional experience in .NET development, including recent experience with .NET Core, .NET 8–10, or equivalent modern versions.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with React.js.
• At least 2 years of hands-on professional experience with Microsoft Azure.
• At least 2 years of experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, YAML-based configuration, and deployment strategies such as blue/green deployments.
• Solid experience with software architecture, design patterns, microservices, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Practical experience with unit testing and version control using Git.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Strong interest in continuous learning, new technologies, and application modernization.
• Experience with AI-assisted development or AI-powered IDEs is considered a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at minimum B2 level.
• Willing to work on-site in Brussels at least 2 days per week.
