The Flex is seeking a highly ambitious Founding Software Engineer to help architect and scale Base360.ai, the operating system for modern renting. You will build internal products, automation engines, AI-powered workflows, and integrations that eliminate manual work and enable rapid global growth.

In this remote-first role, you will own projects end-to-end—from idea to deployment— touching guest journeys, property operations, pricing intelligence, and AI-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade software systems.
• Proficiency with FastAPI, Python, React, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
• Ability to design scalable backend systems and own projects end-to-end.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop scalable applications, services, and APIs powering bookings, pricing, payments, guest experiences, and operations.
• Build event-driven automations and AI-powered workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Develop AI-powered systems to improve decision-making and customer experiences.
• Design API-first architecture enabling seamless communication between internal systems and external providers.
• Integrate ecosystems with partners like Airbnb, Stripe, OpenAI, Twilio, and more.
• Scale infrastructure with reliable, cloud-native solutions.
