AppTweak in Brussels is seeking a Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend background to help scale our product for mobile marketers, focusing on React/TypeScript interfaces.

You will join the Apple Ads Squad, work hybrid with 3 days at the office, collaborate with backend in Ruby, and contribute to performance, accessibility and robust API design.

We're looking for a Fullstack Engineer with a solid frontend background to join our team as we continue to scale.

You'll help build the product mobile marketers use to run and optimise their Apple Ads campaigns, with a focus on the interfaces our customers rely on every day. The squad is growing the product and needs someone who cares about how it looks, feels and performs.

You'll report to the Engineering Manager of the Apple Ads Squad.

Location: Brussels, hybrid setting, min. 3 days per week at the office.

How we’re organized:

You’ll join the Apple Ads Squad, a cross‑functional team of backend and frontend engineers, a product manager, a designer and a QA engineer who own the product together. Day to day, you’ll work under the direct management of the squad’s Engineering Manager, who leads the squad and supports your growth and priorities. You’ll also be part of the Fullstack chapter, where your Chapter Lead and fellow fullstack engineers from other squads help you master your craft: sharing practices, reviewing technical choices and keeping our standards high.

Job requirements

What we expect from you:

Must-have

• A degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Some backend experience in any language (Ruby, Node.js, Python, PHP…), or a real interest in developing in that direction.
• Comfortable working in English in an international team.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails or another backend framework.
• Experience with frontend testing (unit, end‑to‑end) or performance work.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with SaaS products, data‑heavy interfaces, or the mobile app and advertising ecosystem.
