AppTweak is seeking a Junior Deal Desk to join our finance team in Brussels on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office). You will onboard clients, manage accounts, track hours for invoicing, and keep billing data accurate. Collaboration with finance and other teams will help optimize processes.

The role offers exposure to SaaS revenue operations, with opportunities to grow in analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-scaling tech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• First experience in sales operations, finance, or customer service, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and adaptability; customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Client onboarding and onboarding management: Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding experience for top app and gaming clients, and set up client accounts with accuracy.
• Billing and revenue operations: Track service hours and ensure correct invoicing; investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Data & Systems Management: Keep client usage and billing records accurate and up to date; audit and update internal tools and databases.
• Operational Support: Support Deal Desk Manager with reporting and process improvements; collaborate with finance and other teams to keep processes aligned.

We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Junior Deal Desk to join our team as we continue to scale.

You'll join our young, dynamic finance team of five at a fast growing company, reporting to the Deal Desk Manager and CFO. You'll be the person who makes sure every deal AppTweak signs actually gets onboarded, billed, and tracked correctly.

Location: Brussels, hybrid (3x week in the office).

What you will do:

Client onboarding and onboarding management:

• Guide new clients through a smooth, professional onboarding experience for our top app and gaming clients.
• Set up and maintain client accounts in our internal database with accuracy and attention to detail.

Billing and revenue operations:

• Track service hours and ensure correct, timely invoicing.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to keep processes reliable.

Data & Systems Management:

• Keep client usage and billing records accurate and up to date.
• Regularly audit and update our internal tools and databases.

Operational Support:

• Support the Deal Desk Manager with reporting and process improvements.
• Collaborate with finance and other teams to keep processes aligned and smooth.

Must-have

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A first experience in sales operations, finance, or customer service, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and adaptability; customer service mindset.

Nice-to-have:

• Prior exposure to client support is a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Familiarity with billing and subscription management software.
• Experience in database management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel).
• Understanding of financial reconciliation and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) concepts.
