Proximus Group seeks a Scrum Master to guide multiple FTTH rollout teams (GIS, FTTH engineering, and program management) toward a simple, transparent rhythm. You will focus on process facilitation and coaching, safeguarding collaboration rather than tool configuration.

You will coach teams to define done, surface roadblocks early, and keep Jira boards up to date. Dutch-speaking with English proficiency and cross-functional experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master in an operational or project-delivery environment (construction, infrastructure, utilities).
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for short, focused ceremonies.
• Pedagogical mindset to explain Agile concepts practically to teams.
• Affinity with JIRA as a user; able to coach boards, sprints, and tickets.
• Proactive attitude; can flag issues before escalation and challenge ways of working.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, GIS, or similar).
• Dutch speaker with good knowledge of English for technical/program documentation.

Responsabilités

• Facilitating the daily stand-up per team: short, focused checks on progress and priorities.
• Preparing and facilitating the operational review with the Program Manager.
• Assisting in preparing input for the steering committee with clear status updates.
• Actively identifying roadblocks and following up until resolved.
• Coaching teams in a structured way of working and definition of done.
• Ensuring that agreements and progress are recorded in JIRA and visible to all.
• Flagging recurring process issues or bottlenecks to the Program Manager.
• Onboarding new team members to the program’s ways of working and ceremonies.
