Lotus Bakeries in Belgium is seeking an Application Project Manager to lead our co-manufacturers' quality systems. You will drive FSQMS implementation, organise audits, manage risks and foster long-term supplier excellence.

You will monitor key KPIs, collaborate with Global Brand, R&D and Procurement, and support partners with training while ensuring documentation and certifications are current. Travel about 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with food safety, HACCP and quality systems.
• Analytical thinker with project management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to partner sites.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead FSQMS implementation and continuous improvement for co-man/ co-pack partners.
• Organize supplier audits and turn findings into action plans.
• Monitor KPIs (complaints, audits, out-of-spec trends) to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with Global Brand, R&D and Procurement to align quality expectations.
• Assess new partners for continuity and risk mitigation.
• Provide training and guidance, manage complaints, and ensure documentation and certifications are up to date.
