Hotel Indigo Brussels City is seeking a Front Office Trainee for a six-month internship starting July or August 2026, offering a hands-on experience in hospitality and guest services. You will learn check-in/check-out, guest interactions, and coordination with other departments in a dynamic city hotel environment.

The program supports housing and transportation reimbursements for international students, with shifts from early morning to evening and a collaborative, wellness-oriented culture.

What are we looking for?

• You effortlessly switch between English and French to communicate with our diverse international clientele. Proficiency in Dutch or any other language is advantageous!
• You're a student in hospitality or a related field, but what truly counts is your vibrant personality: customer-focused, inherently diplomatic, and driven to provide exceptional service that surpasses expectations.
• You have an internship agreement starting from July 2026 orAugust 2026, ideally for a period of sixmonths.
