Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting for a French Speaking Technical Support Customer Expert in Greece to join a dynamic consumer electronics team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Native or fluent French is mandatory, EU passport required for relocation, and you will participate in rotation shifts. The role offers a fully paid relocation package, training, health insurance, and two extra salaries per year.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation to Greece.
• Passion for technology with ability to explain technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
• Availability to work in a rotating shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers regarding consumer electronics devices.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues via phone, email, and live chat in French.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, concise, and helpful technical guidance.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of the consumer electronics portfolio to advise users.
• Participate in team briefings to align on support goals and updates.
