Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Developer, or Integration Consultant in banking/insurance/utilities.
• Excellent analytical and structuring abilities with strong documentation skills.
• Solid experience with UML modelling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Lucidchart).
• Strong understanding of API concepts (RESTful/SOAP, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman).
• Good knowledge of SQL, Excel, and at least one scripting language (e.g., Python).
• Familiarity with enterprise environments and data-driven systems.
• Understanding of application lifecycle management practices.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies (Azure) and containerization platforms such as Kubernetes is a plus.
• Fluent in English and native in French and/or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze business needs from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and documentation.
• Model business processes and system interactions using UML methodologies.
• Contribute to design, documentation, and maintenance of API interfaces (REST/SOAP).
• Support development teams with clear functional deliverables during implementation.
• Coordinate functional testing activities and organize UAT.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for functional issues.
• Recommend and drive improvements across business processes, apps, and data flows.
