eXalt is seeking a Functional Analyst to bridge business needs and IT delivery within a complex enterprise environment across banking, insurance, energy, transport, and public sectors. The role focuses on translating business requirements into robust functional specifications and API interfaces, while collaborating with development teams and stakeholders in a hybrid Brussels-area setup.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Developer, or Integration Consultant in banking/insurance/utilities.
• Excellent analytical and structuring abilities with strong documentation skills.
• Solid experience with UML modelling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Lucidchart).
• Strong understanding of API concepts (RESTful/SOAP, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman).
• Good knowledge of SQL, Excel, and at least one scripting language (e.g., Python).
• Familiarity with enterprise environments and data-driven systems.
• Understanding of application lifecycle management practices.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies (Azure) and containerization platforms such as Kubernetes is a plus.
• Fluent in English and native in French and/or Dutch.
