Just Russel is seeking a French-Speaking Customer Support Agent to be the warm, expert voice for pet parents. You’ll guide questions, celebrate wins, and turn interactions into feel-good moments.

In this role you’ll be the first contact via phone, email, and chat; offer personalized nutrition advice and product information; solve issues with empathy and speed; and collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer experience. Fluency in French is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer support experience (preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or consumer brands).
• Fluent French (native or near-native level), required
• Dutch or German is a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, warm and professional at the same time
• Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk, or similar platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• A genuine passion for helping people and making their day better
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Responsabilités

• Be the first friendly point of contact for French-speaking pet parents via phone, email, and chat
• Help customers with personalized nutrition advice, orders, account questions, and product information
• Turn frustrated moments into loyal fans by solving problems with empathy and speed
• Collaborate with the team to spot trends, share feedback, and continuously improve the customer experience
• Coach pet parents on healthy habits and make their journey with Just Russel seamless
