The Career Nest in Portugal is seeking professionals fluent or native-level in French to join our multicultural team supporting prestigious global brands. You will be the primary contact for French-speaking customers, delivering digital and customer care solutions across phone, email and chat.

The role offers 40 hours/week with rotating shifts, a 12-month contract renewable up to 24 months, comprehensive training, optional company housing for 14 months, full permit/ID support, and flight

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in French (written and spoken).
• Good working knowledge of English.
• High school diploma completed.
