BlueView Talent is hiring a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.

You will understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and document interactions while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or help desk roles is preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

Role Overview

As a Customer Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, personalized support across a variety of topics, including inquiries, orders, accounts, products, services, and general requests.

Through phone, email, chat, and digital channels, you will understand customer needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure a smooth experience from the first interaction to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
