BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat and digital channels. You will deliver professional, personalized assistance and guide customers through inquiries related to orders, accounts, products and services.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, personalized support across a variety of topics, including inquiries, orders, accounts, products, services, and general requests. Through phone, email, chat, and digital channels, you will understand customer needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure a smooth experience from the first interaction to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
