DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Antwerp is seeking a Freight Forwarder Seafreight (Control Tower – Key Account) to manage international ocean freight shipments from A to Z for our strategic client. You will be the central contact, ensuring shipments run smoothly, on time, and in line with agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding (Seafreight).
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• You work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• You are proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented.
• You are eager to learn and grow within an international logistics environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage transport orders in the system and ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipments.
• Coordinate international sea freight shipments and align with internal teams, carriers, and customs brokers to meet customer expectations.
• Prepare and validate transport and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal guidelines.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve issues to safeguard delivery deadlines and service levels.
• Act as a key contact for customers, providing updates and building long‑term relationships.
• Ensure data accuracy in systems such as WMS, TMS or SAP to support operational excellence.
• Continuously look for improvements in processes and customer service within the supply chain.

Drive international sea freight operations and make a real impact on our key customers supply chain.

As a Forwarder Key Account, you coordinate international ocean freight shipments from A to Z for our strategic client.

You are the central point of contact who ensures that every shipment runs smoothly, on time, and according to agreement. In this dynamic logistics environment, you work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers, while building strong relationships and delivering high service quality.

Tasks

• You manage transport orders in the system and ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipments;
• You coordinate international sea freight shipments and align with internal teams, carriers, and customs brokers to meet customer expectations;

• You have experience in freight forwarding (Seafreight);
• You communicate fluently in English, Dutch is a strong plus;
