Job summary

Jobat is seeking a dedicated customs documents specialist on behalf of our international healthcare and pharmaceutical client in Belgium. The role focuses on monitoring customs declarations, updating electronic transit records, and preparing supplementary declarations for imports.

You will communicate with customs authorities, regulatory bodies, clients and internal teams, resolve queries, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced logistics environment to ensure compliant, smooth import

Qualifications

• Experience with customs declarations and import procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with regulators and clients.
• Attention to accuracy and quality in record-keeping.
