Unique Antwerpen Maritiem is looking for an export Freight Forwarder to coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments, serving as the primary contact for customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include organizing shipments by road, rail, sea and air; monitoring sailings and related operations; preparing transport documents and handling customs paperwork; updating SharePoint with transport information; issuing container and cargo manifests; and keeping

• Operational monitoring of shipments, including sailings, railcars, and HSE.
• Preparing and processing transport documents, such as Bill of Lading and Letters of Instruction.
• Receiving and processing customs documents.
• Managing transportation information and procedures (SharePoint).
• Preparing and sending container and cargo manifests.
• Informing customers about costs, transit times, and shipment status.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth handoff within the team.

As a Freight Forwarder export, you are responsible for coordinating and monitoring domestic and international shipments and serve as the point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities:

• Organizing and coordinating shipments by road, rail, sea, and air
• Operational monitoring of shipments (including sailings, railcars, and HSE)
• Preparing and processing transport and shipping documents (including Bill of Lading, Letter of Instruction, Dispatch…)
• Receiving and processing customs documents
• Managing and updating transportation information and procedures (including in SharePoint)
• Preparing and sending container and cargo manifests
• Informing customers about costs, transit times, and shipment status
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and a smooth handoff within the team
