Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL (BELGIUM) zoekt een freelance HR Talent Acquisition professional om het lokale HR-team in Brussel te versterken. Verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het ontwikkelen en beheren van vacatures, screenen van cv's, interviews plannen met hiring managers en het inzetten van diverse wervingskanalen om gekwalificeerde kandidaten aan te trekken.

Daarnaast levert u regelmatige updates aan stakeholders, ondersteunt u onboarding en ad-hoc ERP/social secretary projecten en zorgt u voor

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage job postings to attract qualified candidates
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers
• Utilise multiple sourcing channels to identify top talent
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress
• Support on ad-hoc projects of changing social secretary & ERP systems
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
