Michael Page International Belgium is seeking a recruitment professional to identify and attract qualified freelance professionals, conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate candidates, and build a strong talent pipeline in a dynamic freelance market.

You will collaborate with the sales team to deliver talent solutions, maintain candidate records in the ATS, and develop long-term relationships with freelance professionals across Belgium. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and talent evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven experience in sourcing, headhunting, or recruitment.
• Ability to understand professional backgrounds and identify transferable skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
