Michael Page International Belgium is assisting a client in sourcing a Project Engineering Manager / Senior Project Engineer for long-term EPC project delivery. The role involves coordinating Piping, Structures, Electrical & Instrumentation teams, and managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables for offshore and on-site execution.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years in EPC environments, strong planning tooling skills (MS Project/Primavera/Navisworks) and fluent English; French

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineering Manager, Senior Project Engineer, or Project Manager in EPC projects.
• Strong multidisciplinary engineering background with knowledge of Piping & Structures, Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Navisworks or equivalent planning tools.
• Fluent English required; French is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across Piping, Structures, Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC/MEP, CAD, Construction and Procurement teams.
• Develop and manage engineering schedules, deliverables, resources, hours, budgets and progress using MS Project or equivalent.
• Lead technical coordination, interface management, design reviews and supplier discussions; resolve engineering issues daily.
• Manage risks, changes, clarifications, document control, and full deliverable cycle from IFR/IFD to IFC and as-built.
• Support constructibility, modularization, prefabrication and site activities ensuring quality and integration of offshore CAD deliverables.

Job Description

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across Piping, Structures, Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC/MEP, CAD, Construction, Procurement, suppliers, and offshore engineering teams.
• Develop and manage engineering schedules, deliverables, resources, engineering hours, budgets, and progress, using tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
• Lead technical coordination, interface management, design reviews, supplier technical discussions, and resolution of day-to-day engineering issues.
• Manage engineering risks, changes, technical clarifications, document control, and the complete deliverable cycle from IFR/IFD through IFC and as-built.
• Support constructibility, modularization, prefabrication, and site activities while ensuring the quality and integration of offshore engineering and CAD deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineering Manager, Senior Project Engineer, or Project Manager within EPC projects, with experience on at least two relevant EPC projects.
• Strong multidisciplinary engineering background, with solid knowledge of Piping & Structures as well as Electrical & Instrumentation; construction/site experience is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, 3D models, CAD/BIM deliverables, specifications, datasheets, and calculation documentation.
• Experience with engineering planning and project tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Navisworks, or equivalent; knowledge of modularization and prefabrication is highly valued.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is considered an advantage, with strong leadership, communication, organization, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
