Michael Page Belgium seeks a Freelance Industrial Tender Manager to lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial tenders for industrial EPC projects. The role requires coordinating engineering, procurement, planning and legal teams to define bid strategies and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.

You will oversee cost estimation, technical documentation and team development while driving process optimization and digitalization of tendering workflows to support growth.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Tender Management within an EPC or industrial construction environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial piping, mechanical systems or similar process installations.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong organizational, communication and strategic thinking skills.
