Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Non-Financial Risk Officer for an international financial services client. You will support the management and monitoring of operational and non-financial risks across the organization.

Key duties include risk assessments, DORA implementation support, control testing, risk reporting to senior management, and collaborating with Risk, IT, Operations and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Risk, Non-Financial Risk, Enterprise Risk Management or similar in Insurance, Banking or Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience conducting risk assessments and control testing.
• Practical exposure to DORA implementation, operational resilience or ICT risk management.
• Good understanding of risk appetite, governance processes and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments across operational and non-financial risk domains.
• Support the implementation and operationalization of DORA requirements.
• Execute controls, testing activities and document results.
• Monitor risk appetite metrics and report risk movements to management.
• Collaborate with Risk, IT, Operations, Security and Compliance teams.
