Capco is seeking a Business Analyst within its ICT Risk team to translate regulatory expectations into practical business requirements and governance. You will work with clients to implement DORA controls, analyze processes and manage workstreams on risk and regulatory projects in Financial Services.

You will collaborate with business, risk, compliance and technology stakeholders, using MS Excel and PowerPoint to deliver high-quality client artefacts and presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar

Responsabilités

• Analyze business processes to identify risks and improvements
• Translate requirements into clear business and functional specs
• Support clients in implementing DORA requirements
• Perform gap analyses against DORA, NIS2 and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare client deliverables and presentations
• Independently manage workstreams on projects of varying sizes
