A Senior Tender Engineer specialized in data centers is sought by ADECCO PERSONNEL SERVICES to strengthen the Tendering department. The role focuses on delivering competitive bids for data center projects in Belgium and internationally.

You will coordinate between Engineering, Operations, Procurement and Project Management to ensure technically sound and commercially viable proposals while managing tenders and contractual documents.

• Analysis of tenders and contractual documents
• Definition of execution strategies and construction methodologies
• Contribution to cost estimations (labor, materials, subcontracting, logistics, etc.)
• Consultation and analysis of supplier and subcontractor offers
• Cross-functional coordination with project and engineering teams

As part of our client's strong growth, we are recruiting a Senior Tender Engineer specialized in data centers to strengthen the Tendering department, working on data center projects in Belgium and internationally.

Your responsibilities:

• You play a key role in preparing and coordinating technical and commercial bids for complex EPC projects.
• You operate at the center of interactions between Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Project Management teams to build competitive, realistic, and technically sound proposals.

Your tasks:

• Analysis of tenders and contractual documents
• Definition of execution strategies and construction methodologies
• Contribution to cost estimations (labor, materials, subcontracting, logistics, etc.)
