Job summary

CERAN language school in Brussels is expanding its network of freelance DUTCH trainers to deliver face-to-face language training at our Brussels office, 5 minutes from Centraal Station.

You will provide Dutch training to business professionals using the CERAN Method, with one-to-one and small-group sessions, and tailor lessons to professional objectives.

A CEFR C2 level or native Dutch speaker, freelance status, and willingness to work weekdays are preferred; training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch speaker or CEFR C2 level with excellent grammar and writing.
• Enjoy helping professionals develop communication skills.
• Able to adapt teaching to learner profiles and objectives.
• Comfortable using digital tools and completing pedagogical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver DUTCH language training to business professionals using the CERAN Method.
• Provide engaging one-to-one and small-group sessions.
• Adapt lessons to learners' professional objectives and language needs.
• Apply the CERAN Method; initial training is provided.
• Assess learners' language level at start and end of each programme.

Function

To support the growth of our activities and upcoming training projects across France, we are expanding our community of freelance DUTCH trainers.

We are looking for freelance DUTCH trainers who can deliver face-to-face language training in our office in Brussel, 5 minutes walking from the Centraal Station.

Your role

• Deliver DUTCH language training to business professionals using the CERAN Method, focused on spoken communication.
• Deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group training sessions.
• Adapt lessons to learners' professional objectives and language needs.
• Apply the CERAN Method. A comprehensive initial training programme is provided.
• Assess learners' language level at the beginning and end of each training programme.
• Integrate relevant cultural aspects of the DUTCH-speaking world into your training.

Profile

• You are a native Dutch speaker or have CEFR C2-level proficiency, with an excellent command of grammar, spelling and written communication.
• You enjoy helping adult professionals develop their communication skills.
• You easily adapt your teaching approach to different learner profiles and objectives.
• You are comfortable using digital tools and completing pedagogical follow-up documentation.
• You are registered as a freelancer or assimilated or “flexi-jobs”.
• You are available to deliver face-to-face training in Brussels.
• Regular weekday availability is an advantage.
• Previous experience teaching business professionals is appreciated.
• You are enthusiastic, reliable and motivated to join a community of trainers committed to delivering high-quality language training.

Languages
