Job summary

CERAN in Spa, Belgium, seeks a Sales Consultant – Language & Intercultural Training to advise SMEs (B2B) and individuals (B2C) on tailored language and intercultural training solutions.

You will handle inbound opportunities, guide clients from needs analysis to closing, and collaborate with Learning, Planning and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience; fluent German, Dutch and English are essential.

The role is permanent and full-time with 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Client-centred approach to understand and meet client needs.
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on results.
• Excellent listening, advisory and closing skills.
• Proficient in negotiation and building trusted client relationships.
• Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management.
• Comfortable communicating by phone and video calls; proficient with digital tools.

• Advise SMEs (B2B) and individuals (B2C) on tailored training solutions.
• Manage inbound opportunities and guide clients from needs to closing.
• Collaborate with Learning, Planning and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Develop existing client relationships; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
