Job summary

Prado Family in Belgium is seeking a digital marketeer to support the execution and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple brands. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, you will work across channels and use data insights to improve performance, joining a team of ten marketing professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, data analytics, and A/B testing.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and wider marketing team to align with business goals.
• Manage marketing automation, CRM, and influencer collaborations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
