Our client, a leading international FMCG organisation with a strong footprint in Belgium and the Netherlands, seeks a finance professional to own budgeting, forecasting and monthly close processes. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive cost efficiency and profitable growth, while supporting strategic planning and transformation initiatives.

The role offers exposure to local and global finance processes within a dynamic, commercially driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycle for assigned functions
• Monitor actuals versus budget and forecast, identifying risks, deviations and opportunities
• Prepare and explain management reporting and financial performance insights
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing, including invoices and accruals
• Act as a proactive finance business partner to senior non-finance stakeholders
• Challenge and advise management on cost efficiency, investments and profitability
• Support strategic planning and translate business priorities into financial plans
• Contribute to finance transformation, process improvement and automation projects
