JH Partners is seeking a Business Controller in the Brussels area with hybrid working. You will drive the monthly closing, analyse sales and margins, and collaborate with Sales and Finance to optimise profitability across the Benelux.

The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders in a large international FMCG group. Fluency in French and English is essential, with a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Controlling and at least 2 years in Controlling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Controlling (FMCG/retail a plus).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Controlling.

Responsabilités

• Drive key parts of the monthly closing and analyse sales, margins and variances.
• Partner with Sales and Key Account teams on budgets, forecasts and commercial agreements.
• Analyse customer profitability and promotion ROI to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support decisions around pricing, discounts and commercial performance.
• Ensure reliable financial reporting, controls and data quality.
