Job summary

NextLink Group in Brussels area is seeking an external Senior AML Consultant to reinforce its AML Unit. The role focuses on conducting a comprehensive gap analysis between existing AML/CFT regulations and the AML Package, and supporting remediation actions to ensure full compliance.

The candidate will work autonomously on complex files, coordinating with key stakeholders and applying strong analytical and drafting skills to produce clear documentation and mappings across EU and BE legislation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AML/CFT experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of EU and BE AML/CFT legislation.
• Ability to work autonomously on complex files and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Description :

We are looking for an externalconsultant to reinforce its AML Unit.

Key responsibilities are to conduct acomprehensive gap analysis between the existing AML/CFT legal and regulatoryframework and the requirements of the AML Package (including RTS, ITS andGuidelines), as well as internal guidelines, and support the implementation ofthe identified remediation actions to ensure full compliance.

Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Legal and compliance knowledge with financial institutions
• Experience in bank/insurance sector
• Experience in analysing EU & BE legislation in thecontact of AML/CFT
• Strong experience in AML/CFT
• Financial services or insurance
• Investigations and suspicious activity assessment
• Ability to work autonomously oncomplex files while coordinating with key stakeholders
• Strong analytical, drafting anddocumentation skills
