FSMA is seeking a file manager to join the Perimeter unit in Brussels. You will investigate unlawful financial product offers and cases of investment fraud, while handling daily consumer inquiries and recording information in internal systems.

You will also provide administrative support for warnings, conduct OSINT research, and assist the legal team with dossier analysis. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's diploma (non-university), preferably with a legal, banking or financial focus.
• Mastery of Dutch, French and English.
• Affinity with online environments and new technologies (social media, websites, SharePoint, etc.) and a special interest in online research.
• Ability to communicate fluently and clearly with the public.
• Capacity to work smoothly and flexibly as a member of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to distinguish essential from secondary issues.

Responsabilités

• Engaging in daily contact with consumers and answering their questions about investment fraud; recording relevant information in internal databases.
• Providing administrative support for the preparation of warnings (drawing up memos, gathering documents, etc.).
• Conducting factual research on dossiers to support the legal staff (analysis of suspicious transactions, OSINT research, social media searches, etc.).
• Giving general administrative support to other tasks of the service.
