Job summary

Isabel NV is seeking a customer-focused Product Manager to shape and evolve fraud and financial-crime capabilities for banks. You will bridge bank needs, regulatory expectations, and tech delivery, partnering with Fraud, AML, Compliance, and IT teams.

You’ll own the product strategy, translate market trends into opportunities, and drive end-to-end delivery with a cross-functional team. This is a hybrid role with 50% on-site and 50% remote in Belgium.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Demonstrable experience in fraud prevention, AML, or financial crime.
• Experience with banks or financial institutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS, platform or ecosystem products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for fraud and AML capabilities.
• Engage banks and internal stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Collaborate across engineering, UX, security, legal, and sales to deliver value.
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to senior management.
