Isabel Group is seeking a customer-focused Product Manager to shape and evolve fraud and AML capabilities for banking clients. You will own the product strategy, drive cross-functional delivery, and engage with banks to validate requirements through workshops, pilots, and demonstrations.

The role requires 8+ years in product-related fields, strong knowledge of fraud prevention, AML, and financial crime, and fluency in English plus Dutch or French. A hybrid work model is offered across Belgium.

Qualifikationen

• At least 8 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience in fraud prevention, AML, financial crime, payments, or banking.
• Good understanding of how banks run fraud and AML operations and the regulatory context.
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, platform, or ecosystem products is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy, backlog for fraud and AML capabilities.
• Translate market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments into product opportunities with a clear value proposition and success metrics.
• Prioritise pragmatically, balancing customer impact, risk reduction, commercial value, and delivery effort.
• Turn customer and business needs into clear product requirements, working with Engineering, UX, Security, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Facilitate workshops and decisions with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and communicate progress to senior management.
