Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. Europe (LSE) is seeking a Franchise Order Operations intern to support shipments and returns tracking and consolidated reporting for 320 stores across Europe.

You will work with cross-functional teams across DCs and Franchise Partners to optimize order flow and reporting, including SAP usage. You hold a degree or are finishing studies in Business Management or Supply Chain, with strong Excel skills and a data analytics mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree or recent studies in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Audit or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Experience with large databases and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support to manage, track and analyze shipments for 320 stores across Europe.
• Support to manage, track and analyze returns from stores across Europe.
• Close follow up on customer service activities, inbound/outbound with DC, initial allocation in SAP and in retail management system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, DC, transporters and Franchise Partners on operational solutions.
• Collaborate with Franchise Traders to ensure correct product representation and on-time deliveries.
